"On Sunday afternoon of Labor Day weekend, 2007, we hit a large boat wake on Lake Michigan, which snapped a tower bracket. I called Chris at 5:00 p.m. from the boat. He drove from Grandhaven to meet me at the Hudsonville store @ 7:00. He took the parts off a showroom boat to fix mine. We were able to keep our boating plans on Labor Day. Ten Calvin College students had a great day on the boat, thanks to Action Water Sports' dedicated team. Keep up the fantastic work! "

"I love my Mastercraft. The quality of my Prostar 205V is unmatched by any other boat on the market. With regular maintenance from an outstanding service department at Action Watersports, I haven't had any problems. If I have any questions about performance, Troy and Aaron are always there with the answer. When visiting the showroom, the staff is friendly. When we have questions about wakeboard equipment and other products, Mary, Bruce and Kevin go above and beyond to explain the features of their latest products. Last summer in June we had problems with some wakeboard boots and we took them back to Mary. She made sure we got a pair of boots the same day so we wouldn't lose any time on the water. Then again in August the boots were broken and we returned them to the store. Mary assured us that we would have boots for next season.
At Action Watersports my family and I are treated with respect and provided excellent service. The superior products available in the store make our shopping experience enjoyable. Action Watersports is a 5 STAR dealership! "

"This last Saturday I had a problem with my 2002 X-Star. So I called Action Water Sports at eleven o' clock in the morning on Saturday their team helped me with diagnostic to help correct the problem. After several phone calls we determined that it was a fuel system problem. Later we decided it was going to need additional service. Action Water Sports said they would have someone up there that night.
At 7:45 Jerry Brouwer showed up with his wife, on her birthday might I add, and stayed until ten o' clock and got the boat running again. Also they had a major wakeboarding show that day.
As a boat owner I will always buy from Action Water Sports due to their reliablilty, on good products, helpful staff, and unmatched customer service."
