As Midwest Manager for both “MotorBoating” magazine and “Yachting” magazine, I have the opportunity to tour many factories, and visit with many dealers. As a longtime customer, I have the perspective of both buying a brand new MasterCraft from AWS and also having previous MasterCrafts serviced here. I can emphatically say I have been astounded at the first class service I have recieved at every juncture over the years and I have never been let down. Nobody but AWS touches my two MasterCrafts!

Just wanted to say thanks to the Fenton dealership, I could not be more impressed with everyone there. From Aaron our salesmen to Mark who delieverd our boat, the parts guys, Greg & Mary the owners, you all have been great to my wife and I. You really have made our boat buying experience great. We love our 2009 x-2, could not be happier with all the things we can do with it. We have had many good times with the family this summer, thank you!

I called Chris at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday of Labor Day weekend from the boat. He drove from Grand Haven to meet me at the Hudsonville store @ 7:00. He took the parts off a showroom boat to fix mine. We were able to keep our boating plans on Labor Day and ten Calvin College students had a great day on the boat, thanks to Action Water Sports’ dedicated team. Keep up the fantastic work!  

It was a pleasure working with your staff and they were more than willing to help me in any way they could through my decision process. Randy and Mark both had a lot of great knowledge that made my purchasing very easy. Its nice walking into a place and the sales guys are just like one of your friends, down to earth, and just there to help. They are great guys. Look forward to picking up my boat this spring!

Saturday's experience was, frankly, flawless. We could not be happier with the experience nor the end product. CJ was outstanding. I must tell you that I have been consistently impressed by the professionalism of the young people Action has on the team. Very impressive!

I wanted to commend Seth and your team of tech's who serviced the engine and fixed the gas tank fitting and trailer hubs.  Seth did a great job of handling my many calls and made me feel that Action was the greatest marine service company ever. Also, after putting a few more hours on the boat it seems to be running perfectly. Thank you for running a great outfit!

I want to thank your team for going the extra mile in shifting schedules around to get our boat fixed so quickly. As you know, we had family coming to visit last night, including a special needs child who had never been on a boat ride before. Providing her the opportunity to experience boating was a rewarding experience for us, made possible by Action’s responsiveness. While the weather wasn’t exactly ideal, it held out long enough for us to get out on the water for a good ½ hour. Despite the weather, everyone had a good time. I want everyone to know that we greatly appreciate what you did for us.

Thank you also for your time and knowledge. Teresa and I had a great time with you. I just want to let you know that the service that we got from Action watersports is the best that we have ever received from anybody. You guys treated us like family and made us feel soo much comfortable on something that we do not know a whole lot.  By the time I left your place, its as if I have been boating for a long time. Again, our sincerest thanks to you and the staff at Actions watersports.

Just a quick note to thank you for a “WOW” experience!  I just purchased a new X15 this year and can’t say enough about the professional and courteous treatment that I have received over the past few weeks. Seth has been outstanding with his follow through and scheduling of winterization and winter projects.  He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and has a clear passion for Master Craft!
