I had arranged with Seth (who would be off this day) that I would be dropping the boat off this last weekend.  As I pulled onto the lot, Brett jumped into action, greeting me in the parking lot with a clipboard, taking down notes and my wishes all while sending someone to get “the tractor” to take the boat off of my hitch and park it neatly with the others – without me lifting a finger! When I asked them if I should cover the boat, they said that they would do it before they went home – no problem.   I was in and out in 7 minutes!

Even more surprised, I received a phone message from Brett later that afternoon (after the store was closed) already following up with some additional information that he had found for me about a warranty repair.
